Plumtree CC use Pitchero to manage team selection for ALL of our squads (Senior, Junior and Women & Girl's).

To ensure you, or your child, are in the mix to be selected for matches, you first need to set your availability for each of the fixtures in the season.

The Plumtree CC Selection Committee (Senior) or Age Group Managers (Juniors / W&Gs) then use this information to select the teams for the fixtures. If no availability is set, a player will not be selected to play in the match.

It is important to note that availability is set for the DAY. For example, if there is a training session and a match on the same day, setting your availability will set for both of those events. If you are unable to attend one event, please add this information in the ADD NOTE section.

Please Note: Availability does not guarantee a place in a matchday squad, and players/parents are required to confirm selections in Pitchero to inform captains/coaches they will play.

To set availability using the Pitchero Club app:

• Open the Pitchero Club app.
• Select the Matches option from the menu or the Calendar icon.
• Click on a fixture.
• Set your availability for the match. You can ADD NOTE if you wish to add some additional information.
