If accessing Pitchero via the website:
- On the website homepage, click 'Your Account'.
- Then, in the sub-menu, click 'Your Account'.
- Click the 'Manage Roles' option.
- Navigate to the 'Parent of' section and click 'Manage'.
- You can use the 'Add Child' button to add juniors to your account.
- Start typing your child's name (at least the first 3 letters) to populate the field. If your child is not yet set up in the system, an option to create a new junior entry will appear.
- Select this to add a new child to your account
If using the Pitchero Club app:
- Click on the account picture/icon on the top right of the screen.
- Select 'My Roles'.
- Navigate to the 'Parent of' section and click 'Manage'.
- You can use the 'Add Child' button to add juniors to your account.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION FOR JUNIOR ACCOUNTS
After registering your child, go to the Membership area of your account to view and update your details.
- Log into Pitchero online or via the Pitchero Club app.
- Navigate to the 'Membership Info'/'Account Details' section.
- View and update your membership information where required.
The following fields are essential for anyone with a child registered against their account:
- Photography/video consent
- Legal consent
- Medical consent
- Consent to participate
- Emergency contact details (on junior accounts)
