We only collect information needed to manage club activities, memberships, fixtures, communications, and events. Your details will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties unless required for cricket administration, legal obligations, or with your consent.

Your contact information is never shown to the general public. Visitors to the website will only be able to see your name and any information you may have entered in the 'details' field. We advise that you do not enter private information into this field.

Members that are logged into Pitchero can access other adult members’ contact details. You can choose to hide your contact details if you wish.

With consent, we may occasionally use photographs from matches or club events on our website or social media channels. If you would prefer not to appear in photographs, please ensure that your photo permissions are up to date in Pitchero.

Plumtree Cricket Club provides access to a limited number of people either to carry out the tasks outlined below, or to administer the website. These people will have visibility of all the information held in the website database. They comprise members of the Plumtree CC Committee, website administrators, captains and team managers. Access rights are reviewed on a regular basis. The information held is used to communicate with you as follows:

  • To advise you of your selection to play for the club.

  • To keep you informed of club developments.
  • To send you details about club sponsors and special offers available to you as a Club member.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the club committee.

We will never pass your data over to a third-party, unless a) we are legally required to do so, or b) the information is required to enable you to play in a particular competition.

If you have any questions related to your data, please contact the Membership Manager, Tim Rushby.

In some cases, this may require the club to disclose the information to County Boards, Leagues and the ECB.

In the event of a medical or child safeguarding issue arising, the club may disclose certain information to doctors or other medical specialists and/or to police, children’s social care, the courts and/or probation officers and, potentially, to legal and other advisers involved in the investigation.
